This is the second of three 2.1 Bluetooth Speaker builds. This one is designed to look like an Instagram icon for my 14 year old niece.

All the CNC cut MDF parts.
Glueing up and assembling the MDF parts.
Clamping the glued parts down.
Fitting the baffle for fine tuning.
Router a round-over on the baffle edge and doing some sanding.
Fitting the insert panels.
Painting the baffle with a white undercoat to prevent the MDF colour to show through the fabric cladding.
Cladding the enclosure body in fabric and trimming off the excess.
Preparing the baffle with contact cement to apply the vinyl covering.
Applying the vinyl covering.
Fitting the full range drivers.
Applying the fabric on the baffle.
Connecting the wiring to the full range drivers.
Glueing down the full range driver internal enclosures with 2-part epoxy.
Building the ports with 40mm diameter PVC tubing and PVC cement.
Applying a finishing coat of paint to the rear panel.
Fixing the front baffle to the enclosure body with wood glue.
Installing the ports.
Time to install the electronics (amplifier module, etc.)
The switch mode power supply is glued to the inside of the rear panel with 2-part epoxy and the hot glue gun.
Wiring up all the speakers and power cables.
Fitting and screwing down the subwoofer driver.
Masking the front baffle for spray painting the Instagram icon stripes.
Some final details applied.
Glueing up the laser cut Insta label.
The final product. Very happy with the outcome!
